Brian Bayley
Director
Brian E. Bayley is President and Chief Executive Officer of Quest Capital Corp., a merchant bank that provides financial services to small- and mid-cap companies operating primarily in North America. Quest Capital's principal business is to provide asset-backed bridge loans to companies operating in industries such as mining, oil and gas, real estate and manufacturing. Since 1996, he has been President and a Director of Quest Management Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Quest Capital, which provides various consulting, administrative, management and related services to publicly traded companies.

George Elliott
Director
Mr. Elliott is a seasoned business leader with 35 years of experience in legal affairs and corporate finance throughout a variety of industries. Most recently, from 2000 to 2007, Mr. Elliott held the roles of Chairman and CEO for Titanium Corporation Inc. Prior to this, Mr. Elliott was senior counsel at the law firm Gowling Lafleur Henderson. Mr. Elliott has also served as an Executive Vice President of MCAP Financial, which manages over C$20 billion in mortgage investments for Canadian financial institutions and Chair of the Executive Committee of the PLM Group, Canada’s fourth largest commercial printer, which was acquired by Transcontinental Printing for 250% of the then market value. Mr. Elliott delivers shareholder value through the creation of innovative new revenue opportunities coupled with prudent long-term financial strategy.

Geoffrey Chater
Director
Geoffrey Chater holds a B.Sc. in geology from Texas Christian University and has over 21 years of experience in the mining industry. Mr. Chater is a principal of Namron Advisors, a corporate communications consultancy. From 1999-2008, Mr. Chater held the position of Manager of Corporate Relations for copper producer First Quantum Minerals Ltd. During his career, Mr. Chater has held similar positions with Greystar Resources Ltd., Nevada Pacific Gold Ltd., Eldorado Gold Corporation, Fairbanks Gold Corporation and Ivanhoe Capital Corporation.

William Pincus
Director, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Pincus became CEO of Esperanza in 2002 and has over 30 years of industry experience. Prior to Esperanza he was Vice President of Sunshine Mining Company, overseeing the development of the 155-million-ounce Pirquitas silver deposit. Previously Mr. Pincus was Executive Vice President of the mining consulting firm, Pincock, Allen and Holt. Prior experience includes both FMC Gold (now Meridian Gold) and Atlas Corporation where he was involved in the successful exploration and acquisition of various precious metal projects. He graduated from the University of Colorado with a B.A. in geology in 1975 and received an M.Sc. in geology and an M.Sc. in mineral economics in 1981 and 1986, respectively, from the Colorado School of Mines. He is a Certified Professional Geologist.

Steve Ristorcelli
Director
Mr. Ristorcelli is currently the principal geologist for Mine Development Associates, an independent mining and geological consulting firm in Reno, Nevada. His experience includes resource estimates and estimate reviews or audits, worldwide evaluations of precious, base, noble and industrial minerals projects, and mine production reconciliation. He has 30 years experience in the mining industry, including supervision of exploration programs and developing resources for a variety of minerals and metals. Mr. Ristorcelli is a director of other private and publicly traded companies in the mining industry and is a Certified Professional Geologist.
